Hello hello! So today was one for the books. So today we had our zone activity in Ezeiza (near the Temple) at 12:30 which meant we had to be in the station at 9 to buy our ickets. BUENO, us and the elders arrived a litle too late to buy them, but we were like SHOOT!!!! We're going make it anyway!!! So we took a remis down to the colectivo and right as we pull up it DRIVES AWAY ahaha and we were like NOOOOO!! So the super nice remis driver CHASED down this HUGE colectivo (big bus) for us which was so nice, but there was no room so we couldn't take it in the end haha. So we had noo idea what the heck to do. So elder Powlus and Derbvez had the grand idea to make a sign saying 4 to Ezeiza. I totally thought they were kidding?! Well, they weren't! Long story short, we were out in the midddle of the street dancing and flagging down big trucks until one finally stopped hahahaha. I was dyiiiinggggg. The man was super nice and had a 12 year old son so we were like, alright he's safe. And so in we went!! We had the funnest road trip, singing to some spanish pop songs with this very nice stranger LOL. We gave him a pamphlet of the Restoration, and talked a little about what we do(:
sooooo funny, i just about died thinking what my dad would think if he saw us in this random truck in the middle of nowhere in Argentina HAHA but all is well, we made it alive!!!
ummm other than that it was a normal week. our investigator Vanina came to the end of church so that was SUPERRR exciting!! were still in the process of finding new people to teach. we've been working a lot with the the less active members too, trying to help strenghten the branch. I really love my area, love the branch, the people are great, and I'm really loving finally being able to understand and speak Spanish more and more each day!
Well, thats about it. Love you all!! ciao! & Besos(:
ps please keep praying for us to find people who are ready to hear the Gospel!
