hola hola! what a week!!
first week doing intercambios and it was craaaazy haha the craziest stuff happens during intercambios. I feel so extremely blessed to be on the Lords errand and be able to see the Gospel of Jesus Christ literally change and brighten peoples lives!!! we have an investigator named walter who when we met him he was super down and wanted nothing more to find hope and his purpose in life. every lesson we have with him the spirit is so strong and you can just feel his desire to keep learning and growing. we have literally seen him change over these last few weeks and i know wihtout a doubt that it is gracias a this Gospel and the healing power of the atonement of Jsus Christ.
we have also been working bastante with the CUTEST mujercita, neli. we found her about a week ago and she is prepapring herself to be baptized in a few weeks!! its crazy how just in one week, al escuchar y actuar (by listening & acting upon promptings) has changed her life and actuittud bastante. shes so cute when we come to her house for lessons she always has her cute little fruit tea prepared for us teeheeh love nelicita.
Argentina is full of super nice giving people, we were walking one day and this super nice guy came up to us and gave us a free tortilla we were stoked, it was delicious!!! BUT we were sick that night though haha. probably not the smartest thing to eat free street food :) you live and you learn fiiends! have a great week!
hello firends! what a weeeek. i had the greatest birthday ever! my cute comp woke me up singing feliz cumple with a cake and candle lit hahahaha i loove her. so we ate cake for breakfast it was a good time:)! I have the opportunity to serve as a capacitadora now (sister training leader) even though im still training my "hija" comp. but im super excited!!! so we had consejo de liderazgo and elder packer (member of the 70)) was there. it was such an honor to work with an apostle of the Lord!!
There is literally no greater happiness that comes from serving the Lord with everything you have. The scriputre alma 30: 8 y 9 really hits me. serving the Lord is such a privilege and i am soooo greatful to have the opportunrity to serve him for these 18 months. it is amazing to be able to see the Lords hand in every single thing.
something great that happned was we were studying a couple nights ago and we heard this huge noise and we go to the bathroom and half of the roof had fallen JAJA youve got to love Argentinian apartments!!!
have agreat week friends! keep the faith!
